Elizabeth is one of the pioneers of domestic business process outsourcing in India. She has over 20 years of domestic contact center experience. Her experience covers all facets of the business - client acquisition, setting up call centers for outbound and inbound processes for telecom and financial services clients, and managing operations. She has grown Andromeda organically from 10 seats in 2000, to ~5000 seats across India.

Sanjoo Sharma (Director Technology)

Sanjoo has over 14 years of extensive experience on Planning, Designing, Implementation & handling ISP / Call Centers / BPO / KPO / Data Center IT Infrastructure & IT Operations including Disaster Recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) in India, US, UK, Costa Rica and Canada.

Mr. Sharma has a B-Tech (IT) Engineering Degree & other Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CSPFA, CIPT, C-Voice, SCND, SA1, SA2, Linux, MCSE, MCP+I, SQL, Oracle DBA Certified etc. He is a certified ISO 27001:2005 Internal Auditor & Lead Assessor. He is also a Certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) ® V3 Foundation practitioner.

Prior to joining Andromeda, Sanjoo was working as Director - IT, Infrastructure & CISO at Astra Business Services for all their domestic & international call centers/BPO. He was responsible for total IT (Voice, Data, System, Telecom, Software & Security) infrastructure initiatives and developments including ISMS and DR/BCP on ISO 27001 and ISO 25999 guidelines. He was also responsible for the development of budgets and written responses for proposals (RFPs).

At Andromeda his responsibilities include Pan India – IT, Infrastructure & Security. Sanjoo is also responsible for Planning, designing & implementation for Disaster Recovery (DR) & Business Continuity Planning (BCP) across locations and IT operations (Dialer, IVR and Call Logger), Budgeting which includes infrastructure for BPO / Call Centers, Data centers, 24X7 Support and Helpdesk. He is responsible for service delivery, continuous improvement and performed periodic reviews within the team and with clients.

Akhilesh Singh

Akhilesh Singh (Director – Operations)

Akhilesh has a total of 19 years of experience of which 5 years has been at Andromeda BPO. His experience covers setting up various inbound and outbound contact centers across India. In particular he is deeply experienced in Visualizing, Blue Printing, Training and Implementing Contact Centers for various clients across India.
