Management Team Structure

Andromeda is lead by its CEO, Elizabeth Jacob who brings over 15 years of domestic call center experience, strong understanding of client needs and a high degree of initiative and energy in fulfilling those needs. The senior operations team is comprised of experienced and seasoned managers who have delivered high quality domestic BPO operations for many years.

Andromeda has also built its support service areas with senior and high quality talent creating a very strong support services team comprising of Quality, IT, HR & Training, and Facilities management. Andromeda’s culture is very hands-on, “can-do”, entrepreneurial and professional and is focused on delivering high quality to clients.
